Katowice: Publishing House of University of Technology, 2022. — 450 p.The relevance of the topic of the monograph is due to the needs of practice, first of all, innovative technologies in the system of vocational education, information and innovative technologies in the training of specialists in various fields and information and innovative technologies in the sustainable development of society, which is carried out under the influence of radical changes in the world socio-cultural dynamics, in particular, under the influence of processes such as globalization and the information revolution.
Today's world is changing both globally and locally. These changes require new approaches to preparing people for life, in particular through education. Traditional education, while retaining its constructive content, in many respects lags behind the needs of the day, and even more so – from the prospects that await a person in the near future.
The team of scientists, the authors of the monograph, determined that in order to be commensurate with the times, education should be innovative, overtake it by a number of indicators, go ahead of the requirements that society will put before the individual in a few years.
The monographic study presents the use of modern pedagogical technologies in the educational process of higher education institutions creates completely new opportunities for the implementation of didactic principles of individualization and differentiation of learning, positively affects the development of cognitive activity of students, their creativity, consciousness, realizes the conditions for the transition from education to self-education.
The monograph explores modern directions of improving the organization of the educational process in the context of digital transformation, improving the organization of research work of students of technical specialties in the context of innovative development of higher education. The topic of interactive learning and ergonomics of human-machine interaction, innovative technologies of consulting on youth entrepreneurship in the system of vocational education are substantiated.
The problem of sociological research of distance learning, modern digital services and tools for studying psychological and pedagogical disciplines in higher vocational school are analyzed.
Innovation in the development of education is a constant innovation in the activities of educational institutions, in the educational process, which is the urgent need, without the satisfaction of which it will lose its relationship with life, lose its creative potential, turn into a routine matter that is not needed by society or the individual. Life requires intensification of search, experimentation, introduction of the latest technologies, application of new teaching tools.
The second section presents innovations for solving economic and social problems. The topics of vocational education of maritime workers in the training centers of shipping companies in the conditions of martial law of Ukraine, professional competence of the head of a health care institution as a factor in ensuring effective management, the economic efficiency of the system of management of innovative activities of banks, the importance of modern and innovative personnel policy in the management of a scientific institution, modern technologies for solving problems in various sectors of the economy are considered.
Information technology has brought such an impulse of innovations to the education system that it can rightly be regarded as the main means of its innovative development. Nowadays, scientists and teachers are increasingly talking about the informatization of education as a natural process of socio-pedagogical transformations associated with the saturation of educational systems with information products, tools and technology, the introduction of information tools, information products and pedagogical technologies based on these tools in educational institutions.
In the third section "Information and innovative technologies in sustainable development of society" the scientific developments of the team of authors are most powerfully presented, which reveal the foreign policy aspect of the study of finance, anthropological dimensions of the information age, ways of social and psychological integration into the social life of people with disabilities: European experience of employment, psychological techniques for working with internal and external resources of the "fulcrum".
