Relativity Theory still today is not well understood. People think it is time that is relative, but I think that it is the velocity of changes which is relative. Twin on the Moon is aging faster than his brother on the Earth because the density of the space on the Moon surface is bigger than the density of the space on the Earth surface. The density of the space is the only factor which determines the velocity of changes. Imagine you are in the spaceship which is far away from stellar objects. There you will be aging faster since the density of space there is highest. After landing on the planet with the gravity force twice bigger than planet Earth you will be aging slower than on the Earth, but you will be twice heavier.
