Singh K. Problems in Organic Chemistry
Wiley, 2015. — 518 p. — ISBN: 978-81-265-5582-6.
This book offers a selection of about 850 problems in Organic Chemistry; best suited for the preparation needs of JEE (Main & Advanced) aspirants. The arrangement of chapters is in accordance with the classical functional group organization, with two chapters in the beginning on the Basics and Stereochemistry. Each chapter is structured into two parts: Problems and Solutions. The first part offers a complete range of problems based on the topic followed by their complete solution in the second part. The problems are subjective in nature to reinforce the concepts which can then be applied to solve any objective-type problem. Problems are typically categorized into: Reactions, Conversions and Mechanisms. The problems in later chapters draw upon the concepts and integrate reactions learned in earlier chapters.
